2018 Conference

The Annual CALL/ACBD Conference brings together upwards of 250 legal information professionals from across Canada and beyond, for a 4-day professional development and networking experience. Our conference is highlighted by our spectacular vendor showcase featuring exhibitors from around the world who come to showcase their new, innovative products and solutions for Private Law Firms, Law Society, Government , Academic and Corporate Law libraries.

Halifax is a premier conference destination with convenient travel links to Canada’s major cities. A vibrant coastal city situated around the Halifax Harbour, Halifax is home to several universities, including Dalhousie’s SchulichSchool of Law, and many federal and provincial government departments, as well as our award-winning Central Library. There is an active local association of legal information professionals representing firm, government, Bar/Law Society, and academic libraries and we are expecting their full participation in CALL/ACBD 2018.
